Elliot is one of the managing members that ensures the completeness and quality of all our work. His experience and leadership help us to successfully merge complex pieces into an incorporated whole for each of our clients. Prior to River Edge, Elliot spent seven years at PWC where he left as a Manager, as well at several large asset managers, most recently at Blue Mountain Capital.
With over 12 years of experience and proven success in corporate finance and accounting, Elliot is a licensed CPA in New York. He isn't just like any other accountant out there; he has been in the trenches managing venture capital and raising capitals. He has worked for different sectors ranging from small business ventures to vast fortune 500 companies.
