Shlomo is the Director of Business Strategy & Development at River Edge Advisors with keen attention to details and a spectacular ability to work through complex accounting processes and documents. He has solid years of expertise and experience in a continuum of business including private equity, hedge funds, and commercial real estate.
Before joining the River Edge Advisors, Shlomo has worked as a research assistant at Titan Advisors, and he also co-founded a private equity fund called Bays Capital. 
Shlomo studied finance and advanced spreadsheet development at Touro College in Brooklyn, New York. He specializes in cash management, due diligence, underwriting, portfolio analysis, business development, and fee structure.
